Power Platform Transformation Manager

An experienced Data Platform Transformation Manager is sought to support a large‑scale, multi‑country data transformation initiative. The role sits within an agile, cross‑functional structure responsible for building a new, unified technology ecosystem across the entire organization.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end implementation of the Data Platform (preferably based on Databricks) across multiple countries.

• Ensure alignment between the global platform strategy and local business requirements in each market.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Chapter Lead, local IT and business teams, and external technology partners.

• Oversee project execution, including planning, progress tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.

• Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to best practices.

• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across countries to ensure consistent implementation and adoption.

• Monitor project risks, issues, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes.

• Support change management activities and promote effective use of the new Data Platform.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in at least one large‑scale Data Platform implementation project ideally involving Databricks.

• Strong understanding of data platforms, data governance, and project risk management.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in an international environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

• Fluent English (C1 or higher).

• Availability to start as soon as possible.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and to the central office when required.
