About the role

We are looking for a Junior Process Analyst who will join a for our client in the banking and financial sector.

The work is on-site in Warsaw (with possibility to turn into hybrid after some time).

What you will do

• Process client requests related to system setup, including updates of signatories and documentation management.
• Maintain internal banking systems based on account opening and maintenance documentation.
• Respond to internal inquiries and ensure requests are handled accurately and within deadlines.
• Apply banking procedures, internal policies, and regulatory requirements while processing tasks.
• Support process improvements, quality assurance activities, and collaborate with internal teams.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in financial services or banking operations will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of banking products, especially in the scope of account opening and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Good PC skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills.
