Tasks:

Analysis and optimization of the carried out activities in terms of ultimate success the ICO project
Organization and management of the marketing team. Supervision over the whole ongoing operational activities of department
Development and implementation of the marketing strategy
Implementation of the founded marketing strategy
Responsibility for the preparation, supervision and implementation of the marketing budget
Preparation of analyzes and reports necessary for constant control of the project's course, with cost control
Implementation of the campaign in all communication channels with special including e-marketing:
- Run all online actions in different communication channels, especially landing pages, social media
- Build and manage our fan community by crafting and running effective online campaigns, social media, thematic blogs and Internet forums
Optimizing processes and initiating new business solutions
Identify new trends in digital marketing and searching for custom solutions
Implementation of solutions for internal and external PR
Support for paid campaigns in social media (Social Ads)

We expect:

Preferred experience in a similar position and related to similar sentences (ICO)
At least 2 years of experience in managerial position in marketing
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and content marketing
Experience of IT and / or new technologies
Very good knowledge of English (work in English)
Skills of management of complex projects
Experience of team management
Developed analytical skills, strategic approach to implemented projects
Higher education preferred: marketing, economics, management
Strong copywriting skills, light pen and ability to easily create written content
Highly developed communication skills
Thinking and acting beyond borders
A pro-active, creative and innovative approach to marketing campaign
Independence, responsibility and commitment
Knowledge of cryptocurrencies or the blockchain will be an additional advantage
