We're looking for a Project Manager with 3 years of commercial experience to join our team long-term.

What would you be working on daily bases?

• Leading effective agile teams focused on providing business value to our customers,
• Conducting clients workshops (product discovery & scoping sessions),
• Controlling project resource and load balance with the Account Manager,
• Project performance reporting,
• Ensuring effective and unbiased communication,
• Risk, Schedule, and Scope management activities with the project team,
• Closely managing Client expectations,
• Stakeholders management and working with distributed teams,
• Creating and maintaining project management documentation and revising it as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Speak fluent English (C1),
• Great attention to detail,
• Consultant mindset - you are here to be a trusted business advisor and partner to our customers,
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a technical / consulting background including:
• a minimum of 2 years professional experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment working with external clients,
• recent experience being responsible for project / product delivery for an external client,
• A proven record of successful delivery of multiple medium to large software projects and great understanding of SDLC,
• Good understanding of headless web development concepts (headless CMS, frontend development frameworks, 3rd party APIs),
• Ability to advise, prioritize and define milestones and scope of work in the project,
• Outstanding communication and executive skills,
• Experience managing remote teams,
• Understanding of Agile and Lean spectrum methodologies and techniques based on past practice,
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
