Our requirements

• Video content creation experience - Hands-on experience with various video formats production and optimization for different platforms (must have)

• Project management skills - Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Willingness to travel to Warsaw once a month or bi-monthly for podcast recordings
• Content marketing background - Solid experience in developing and executing B2B content strategies that drive engagement and results
• Content repurposing experience - Expertise in transforming content across multiple formats and channels to maximize reach and impact
• Multi-channel content distribution - Experience managing and optimizing content across various digital marketing channels

• Growth in podcast listenership and engagement
• Video content performance across all channels
• Effectiveness of event marketing campaigns and attendance goals

• Brand awareness and thought leadership positioning improvements

Scope of responsibilities

• Create & Manage Video Content - Lead our video content strategy from concept to distribution, including podcast production, video editing, and creating compelling visual narratives that showcase our expertise.

• Repurpose Content Across Channels - Transform single pieces of content into multiple formats, maximizing reach and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, our website, email campaigns, and other B2B platforms.

• Support Event Marketing - Help promote company events and conferences through creative content campaigns, speaker spotlights, and engaging promotional materials that drive attendance and engagement.
