Tasks & responsibilities
As the Employee Central Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
playing a crucial role in transition activities from Germany to Poland
redesigning the processes to make them efficient in the remote set up
ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, documentation creation and professional service delivery
managing a team of up to 15 people according to the company values as well as our Leadership principles with focus on customer experience excellence, business process excellence and people development
organizing setup of the teams with regards to the administration of e.g. shifts set up, assignment of tasks, transfers, contract extensions, part-time work as well as all salary changes, payments, leave of absence, overtime, shift work and terminations, using our Case Management System
diving deeply in particular processes to help re-designing them, assessing additional activities or take decisions in case of critical situations
exchanging with our internal and external stakeholders as well as managing escalations using your strong communication skills, social and technical competencies, are also a key part of your role to strive for a splendid customer experience
working on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality, ensuring process adherence in run mode
About our future employee
You should speak English and German language min. on C1 level and preferably and have min. 6 years of professional experience in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment with relevant people managing/project managing record.
Additionally, we are looking for:
A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar (preferably in HR field or related areas)
Experience in transitioning/transforming processes or other relevant project experience
Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service orientation with customer centricity
Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization
Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model)
High quality awareness, resilience, and independence considering changing requirements
Preferably working experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and OpenText
