Know Your Business Partner Specialist with French

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Know Your Business Partner Specialist, you are responsible for:

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.

• Provide operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end process

• Support the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.

• Manage task intake, prioritize, and track tasks using provided systems.

• Provide first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email, focusing on resolving standard or moderately complex issues.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.

About our future employee

You should speak English and French on min. B2 level and have minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably within a Legal/Compliance Shared Service structure or an in-house Compliance department.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• A degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.

• Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• High learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

• Empathy, team spirit, accountability, and strong service orientation.
