Tasks & responsibilities
As a Recruiter:
You know your business inside out: you have end-to-end responsibility for recruiting processes and manage them in close collaboration with the business and HR Business Partners.
You are an expert in the market, able to attract and select the most suitable candidates using a broad range of identification and assessment approaches.
Your daily tasks include actively identifying and contacting candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating contractual conditions.
You independently prioritize work, manage deliverables and meet timelines.
You develop and decide on the appropriate recruitment strategies.
About our future employee
You should speak German fluently (C1 level) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Completed higher education, preferably in HR or related fields
Good English skills (min. B2 level)
Proven skills in people assessment and advanced interview techniques
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships
Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability and service orientation
A positive mindset with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
Ability to address complex issues with a solution-oriented working style (e.g., within the HR three pillar model)
