SEO Specialist
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our international SEO team at BOLD Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the SEO Leader in the day-to-day execution of SEO tactics and strategies for our websites.
You will assist in preparing analysis, executing technical and on-page tasks, and ensuring that our SEO initiatives are delivered to the highest standards. This is a perfect role for someone with a solid SEO foundation who wants to level up their skills by working on large-scale international projects in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THIS TEAM
We’re the SEO team, and our focus is on growing organic traffic, improving website visibility, and keeping the site healthy. We run on 2-week sprints and manage SEO programs from start to finish. Our go-to tools include JIRA, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Heatmapping tools — they’re essential to how we work. As a team, we value efficiency, clear communication, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration. How do we work?
Execute and develop the global SEO strategy of our portals and products.
Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term SEO strategy with SEO leaders, as well as other Marketing and Business leaders.
Work closely and partner with teams from the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Poland, such as Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, and Customer Support, to plan, organize, and manage cross-team collaboration & shared projects aimed at maximizing business growth.
Create and optimize SEO, UX, and content of our portals and products.
Monitor SEO performance and constantly look for opportunities to scale organic traffic and sales.
Own our SEO traffic and revenue goals.
Each quarter, review and set team and individual goals in our Roadmap, to grow our SEO performance and track progress against monthly goals and the yearly budget.

SEO: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog and more.
Content: custom CMS and WordPress, internal tools, and more.
CRO: Internal A/B testing tool.
Data and reporting: Sisense, Microstrategy, Looker, R, internal tools.
JIRA, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Workday.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term strategy with the Manager/Lead, SEO.
Implement SEO optimizations independently based on the established strategy.
Manage SEO tasks end-to-end, creating clear tickets and following up on their progress.
Monitor/report site performance and look for opportunities to gain more traffic and sales.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, and other teams to develop a cohesive approach to SEO, content marketing, and go-to-market activities.
Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' SEO landing pages and performance to identify opportunities and inform SEO strategies.
Perform regular internal SEO audits and checks to ensure our pages meet Google’s best practices and internal standards.
Keep up to date with SEO trends and practices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Professional SEO Experience: A solid understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical, and content strategy).
Fluent English (C1): Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will work in a global environment and manage English-language documentation.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using SEO tools (like Ahrefs or GSC) to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactivity: A "can-do" attitude—asking the right questions early to avoid blockers and ensure smooth execution.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Content).
Focus on business goals over trends, hacks, and side projects.
Reactivity to setbacks and challenges and, more importantly, the ability to develop and deploy a new strategy quickly.
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
Experience in coding, knowledge of statistics, and data analysis tools.
Background in product management or technical SEO.
Know-how of A/B testing processes and tools.
Roots in content marketing.
