We are looking for a Visual Designer to join the Marketing Design team at BOLD.


As a Visual Designer on the Marketing Design team, you’ll bring creativity, clarity, and performance-driven thinking to the top of our marketing funnel. You’ll work on high-impact assets like SEO and SEM landing pages, email campaigns, and social media — partnering closely with marketing strategists, developers, and other designers. 


The ideal candidate for this role will be highly motivated, collaborative, and adaptable and will use their skills to develop new strategies for improving our customers’ experience on BOLD’s websites to help achieve marketing goals and ensure growth.

 

ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Marketing Design team delivers top-tier brand and visual design for customer-facing landing experiences. We work in a dynamic, collaborative environment to bring strategy and creativity together in support of growth. This is a remote role based in Poland.

 

How do we work?

  • Task Prioritization: Pod meetings with Marketing stakeholders for work review, grooming, and prioritization of upcoming tasks.
  • Design Feedback: Internal design reviews with the design team for valuable and concise peer feedback to ensure successful design delivery.
  • Progress and Development: 1:1 meetings with the team leader to discuss progress, plans, and individual development opportunities.
  • Performance Review: Semi-annual performance reviews covering the previous two quarters, offering an opportunity to evaluate both individual and leader performance.
  • Team Engagement: Team Culture and Learning meetings with the design team, supplemented by casual team check-ins via Slack.

 

Technologies/tools we use:

  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance-driven UX is essential.

  • Basic animation tools for microinteractions or motion in marketing assets

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and iterate on full-page templates for SEO and SEM landing pages, as well as email, social media, and other marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, test ideas, and improve outcomes through data-informed design.
  • Present design concepts during site audits and marketing reviews, articulating the “why” behind your work.
  • Work with developers to ensure design accuracy and responsive quality across devices and platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across all deliverables, contributing to our design system and visual consistency.
  • Help manage design work in shared tools (e.g., Figma, Jira), ensuring documentation and organization are clear and current.
  • Support user testing efforts, using insights to refine designs and validate assumptions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools that can enhance both design quality and team workflows.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience in visual or web design, with strong portfolio examples of responsive web pages and digital campaigns (B2C and/or B2B).
  • Strong conceptual thinking and design execution skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with presentation design tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards for the web.
  • Basic animation skills (e.g., using After Effects or similar tools).
  • Comfortable presenting work and collaborating across teams.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • A portfolio that shows creative range, storytelling, and strategic thinking.
  • Experience working in cross-functional pods or agile teams.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, performance-driven design, and SEO/SEM concepts.
  • Understanding of UX writing and how to align visuals with messaging.
  • Positive attitude, sense of humor, and openness to feedback.
  • Initiative to spot inefficiencies and propose improvements.
