- As the HR Lead responsible for the location in Łódź, you will provide comprehensive advice and support to managers and employees.
- You will also work on international projects, be responsible for recruiting and be the central point of contact for the headquarters in Hamburg.
- You have an active role in personnel and organisational development, you are a consultant, sparring partner and designer.
- You will make an important contribution to ensuring that our employees and the organisation are fit for the future.
- In your advisory role, you can bring a lot of yourself to the table, rethink things and leave existing paths.

- You have a degree in HR, business or a comparable qualification.
- You also have relevant experience in HR, including holistic consulting for specialist departments.
- You also have experience in supporting organisational development and change processes, as well as in the recruitment of specialists.
- Good knowledge of employment law, a confident handling of Microsoft Office and very good English skills round off your profile.
- You are characterised by a high level of consulting competence and service orientation, as well as a future- and solution-oriented way of thinking.
- You also have strong organisational and communication skills. You enjoy collaborative tasks and challenges and have a good dose of energy and motivation.
