As an In-house Lawyer in our Compliance team your purpose will be to support our Marketing & Commercial area, through participation in cross-border projects. 


In this role you will: 


  • Act as a legal business partner for the Company’s stakeholders.
  • Offer legal advice on day-to-day business matters and growth initiatives.
  • Prepare drafts of contracts and regulations, particularly related to the company's sale and marketing of services.
  • Cooperate with in-house counsels, external advisors and internal teams across various jurisdictions.
  • Provide advice on various legal issues within the cross-team projects.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.


Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of post-graduate experience.
  • Previous experience in the law firm with proven expertise in contract law, e-commerce law, and marketing law.
  • Excellent drafting skills encompassing contracts, regulations, and terms and conditions, marketing and sales promotional regulations and similar documents.
  • Practical experience in independent advisory on complex legal projects.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-border projects.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively use legal terminology.
  • Availability to visit our Warsaw office (1 per month)
