Procurement Planner

Your main responsibilities:

• Customer and supplier planning
• Create delivery plans
• Order forecast, and sales plan
• ABC Classification of parts
• Standard stock keeping and optimize planning parameter
• Manage bottleneck situation and supply concerns
• Customer performance metrics
• Set-up of new customer and suppliers in our system
• Analyze and track key planning parameters and coordinate physical movement of material.
• To design and optimize the appropriate material supply chain and service level to the customer, coordinate information between Marketing, Sales and Supplying plants; incl. lead and support in customer and internal CIP projects.

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement planning
• University degree in business economics, logistics, business informatics, or a related field
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work independently with international suppliers
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments and management levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in building and maintaining international marketing, sales, and customer networks
• Familiarity with planning processes and handling Big Data using Excel, Power BI, and similar tools
• Organized, self-driven, and customer-focused team player with a strong IT affinity
