We are seeking a proactive and organised Finance and Administrative Specialist to join our Krakow office. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to support key financial functions, including cash flow forecasting, P&L review, and budgeting, while also assisting with essential administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.


What You'll Do:


  • Financial Operations: Manage accounts receivable/payable, oversee credit control, process expenses, and handle banking and payroll activities for our Polish office.
  • Financial Support: Cash flow forecasting, budgeting, creating and managing P&L, providing critical insights to help guide business decisions
  • Administration: Maintain employment records, assist with contract management, and support general office administration to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes to support the growth of our business.


What We're Looking For:


  • Experience: Some professional experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred, but we welcome ambitious individuals who are keen to develop their finance skills.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with financial software is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Polish, with strong communication skills.
  • Attitude: A motivated self-starter who enjoys being hands-on, learning new skills, and contributing to the success of a growing company.
