Opis stanowiska
Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow mobile & web user base.
- Optimize app store presence (ASO) and run paid campaigns (iOS, Android, Google, Facebook, TikTok).
- Lead content, SEO, and web marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify new growth channels (affiliates, influencers, referrals).
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of mobile marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of ASO, paid user acquisition, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer).
- Proven track record in scaling user acquisition (10M+ downloads).
- Analytical mindset, strong Excel/Sheets skills.
- Excellent written communication in English.
- Self-driven, accountable, and proactive.
