About this role

Brightpick is transforming warehouse automation with AI-powered robotic solutions. Our flagship product, the Brightpick Autopicker, is the world’s first commercially available autonomous mobile picking robot for e-commerce and grocery fulfillment. Operating independently in warehouse aisles, our robots pick items directly from shelves and consolidate orders without centralized stations—cutting labor needs by up to 95%.

We are now looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our market expansion in Poland, with potential to oversee neighboring regions such as Romania, Bulgaria, and the Baltics. In this high-impact, strategic role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales across key industries like e-commerce, 3PL, pharma, and retail fulfillment, while positioning Brightpick as a market leader.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying and engaging new customers to closing deals—and act as the face of Brightpick in the region. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong network in logistics and warehouse automation, and a proven track record in complex, consultative B2B sales.


Core responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: identify, engage, and close new customers across Poland, focusing on e-commerce, 3PL, pharma, and retail fulfillment operations.

  • Drive market entry and local brand visibility for Brightpick; act as the face of the company in Poland.

  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of new opportunities, using a structured and consultative sales approach.

  • Leverage your existing network of system integrators, logistics decision-makers, consultants, and end customers to accelerate traction.

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical and commercial components.

  • Collaborate with Brightpick’s solution engineering and marketing teams to tailor proposals and presentations.

  • Represent Brightpick at local trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, positioning us as a category leader.

  • Provide structured pipeline updates and market feedback to the European leadership team

  • Report to VP of Sales.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales and 2+ years in warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems are strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success selling innovative, complex warehouse solutions combining hardware, software and services.

  • Deep knowledge of warehouse operations or WMS systems is a must.

  • A proven hunter mindset with a track record of acquiring new customers and exceeding sales targets.

  • Deep knowledge of the Polish fulfillment and logistics landscape, ideally with an existing network in one or more of:

    • 3PL

    • Retail/e-commerce

    • Pharma wholesale & eCommerce

    • Grocery

    • System integrators or automation consultants

  • High-energy, self-starting individual who has proven sales success and will thrive in an international team environment.

  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead technical solution sales with multiple stakeholders.

  • Fluent in Polish and English; German is a plus.
