Area Ecommerce CRO & UX Project Management Executive

Your responsibilities

• Own and manage the CE UX & CRO project roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic priorities.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of UX initiatives from scoping and prioritization through deployment, post-launch evaluation and UX data reporting.

• Establish and maintain structured project governance including timelines, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Leverage tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, Neurons, and Adobe Target to inform decision-making and validate impact.

• Standardize best practices and scalable delivery frameworks across markets in Central Europe and beyond.

• Ensure technical feasibility and smooth deployment in collaboration with Marketing Technology, IT, Content, Analytics and development teams.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in leading and delivering cross-functional digital or UX-related projects end-to-end.

• Strong project management capability, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.

• Demonstrated ability to operate in multi-market or complex matrix environments.

• Solid hands-on UX experience with a clear understanding of consumer journeys and digital experience optimization.

• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common objective.

• Structured, delivery-oriented mindset with accountability for measurable business outcomes.

• Passion for improving consumer experience with a data-first mindset and enthusiasm for emerging trends in UX and CRO.

The Area UX Project Management Executive leads the end-to-end governance, prioritization, and delivery of UX and CRO initiatives across Central Europe e-commerce platforms. This role is accountable for translating strategic UX vision into structured project roadmaps, aligning stakeholders across End Markets and Area teams, and ensuring disciplined execution that drives measurable commercial impact.

The position acts as the central orchestration point between UX, Analytics, Content and external vendors to ensure scalable, data-driven, and performance-oriented digital experience delivery.
