Bruker has a new opportunity for a Learning Management System Specialist (m/f/d) for our BioSpin Division based in our Warsaw office.
- LMS Administration: Manage and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Learning platform, including user management, course creation, and content updates.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the LMS. Provide timely support to users and escalate issues as needed.
- Reports and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track learning metrics, user engagement, and compliance. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the LMS.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in LMS and e-learning. Propose and implement enhancements to improve the user experience and system functionality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS administration, with specific expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, creating reports and dashboards, and managing LMS content. Familiarity with e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Content design: Experience in training content, concept design, and training evaluation methods
- AI tools: Familiarity with AI webinar tools, authoring tools, and other content/graphic design tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to train and support users at all levels of the organization.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
