Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the US distributor sales rebates process by ensuring accurate calculations, payment alignment, and reporting. This temporary position is ideal for someone with strong finance operations experience who is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The role will support both internal stakeholders and external analytics partners, contributing to process improvement and driving visibility on financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis related to the calculation and payment of US distributor sales rebates
• Reconcile the rebates balance sheet reserve and analyze payment remittances received from distributors
• Support an external analytics firm responsible for analyzing rebate files, ensuring alignment to invoicing/payment data
• Build and maintain a tracker to report analysis outcomes and performance metrics to key stakeholders
• Develop reports to communicate project status and financial performance insights
• Map and understand the end-to-end rebates process, identifying gaps and supporting the design of a future-state model

Qualification

• Proven experience in finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Hands-on experience with accounting reconciliations
• Familiarity with distributor models and calculation of sales rebates
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
• Clear, confident communication and interpersonal abilities (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary role
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
• Preferred availability to work from the Krakow office once per week
• Interest in a 6-month temporary contract
