We're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition & Business Development Partner to drive growth and shape the future of recruitment by playing a crucial role in scaling our client base and team.

Your Mission:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse and exciting roles, primarily in tech and commercial sectors.
• Source, screen, and engage exceptional candidates, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative tools.
• Actively develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, engaging them effectively, and understanding their recruitment needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring hiring strategies align seamlessly with client and business objectives.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate meaningful feedback loops, and handle job offers smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients, from first contact through successful placement.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), combined with business development experience.
• Strong skills in sourcing, talent engagement, and client relationship management.
• Proven track record of successfully generating leads and converting them into lasting business relationships.
• Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and proven experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience hiring for tech or commercial roles is highly advantageous.
