We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager. This role is a perfect blend of project-, client- and people management skills.


As a Portfolio Manager you will:


Area: Ongoing delivery

  • Ensuring successful delivery of up to 5 accounts, mostly enterprise US-based
  • Monitoring project health based on defined KPIs and keeping them on the desired level
  • Resolving business/project management escalations in projects
  • Preparing and running/hosting Monthly Business Reviews and QBRs with clients and onsite client visits
  • Collecting and addressing issues from NPS


Area: Client relationship/UCE

  • Building positive relationships with key client-side stakeholders and be their business primary point of contact on Callstack-end
  • Managing revenue structure of the portfolio of up to 5 projects and making sure revenue targets are met
  • Driving extension of contracts with clients to maintain continuity of the collaboration
  • Actively searching for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts
  • Collaborating with our legal firm regarding preparing contracts


Area: People Management

  • Ensuring that Project Manager and Business Analysts manage projects successfully
  • Monitoring and assessment of Project Managers and Business Analysts performance, including salary and promotions decisions
  • Supporting Project Managers and Business Analysts with setting self-development objectives
  • Resolving personal cases and individual problems of Project Managers and Business Analysts


Requirements

You are the right candidate if you have:

  • Proven track record in managing project delivery teams (Portfolio Manager/Delivery Manager)
  • Proven track record in sales - especially account growth, upsell and cross-sell
  • Strong interpersonal- and communication skills
  • Experience as people manager/team lead will be a big plus
  • Experience in client-facing roles requiring strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand long-term goals and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Senior role in Delivery
  • Ability to travel 2-4 times a year for one week per trip (including intercontinental trips)
  • Fluent in English (C1+)
