Currently we are looking for a person to join our People&Culture team as a Recruitment Manager. In this role you will play a pivotal role in managing our recruitment processes: you’ll not only lead a talented team of Recruiters, Talent & Market Research- and Employer Branding Specialists but also have the opportunity to innovate and shape our approach to attracting top talent in a swiftly changing and fast-paced environment.

As Recruitment Manager you will:
Area: Recruitment Leadership and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with company goals, including:
- Delivering on annual hiring targets: 50-100 people in total (mostly technical professionals for delivery roles)
- Forecasting hiring needs in collaboration with CK leadership and resource planning team
- Identifying and prioritizing key roles, timelines, and resources required for successful talent acquisition
- Drive recruitment operations and performance:
- Manage the recruitment budget, including costs, fees, tools, and events
- Optimize spending by evaluating the ROI of various recruitment channels and strategies
- Cultivate a flexible vendor partnership model that adapts to business changes, incorporates agile contract negotiations, and implements dynamic cost-saving strategies
- Monitor and improve recruitment effectiveness:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance
- Prepare reports for senior leadership to provide insights into hiring processes
- Implement modern (e.g., AI-related) methods and tech-forward solutions to enhance candidate experience and streamline the recruitment process
Area: People Management
- Lead, oversee and manage a team of 8 professionals, including IT Recruiters, Talent & Market Research- and EB Specialist
- Assign tasks and projects, set the performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, including improvement plans, salary reviews, promotions etc.
- Provide guidance, mentorship and professional development opportunities to the team
- Forster a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, idea-sharing and problem solving
- Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and other departments (e.g., hiring managers) to ensure alignment on staffing needs and expectations
Area: Candidate Experience and Engagement
- Take full responsibility for an efficient, candidate-centric recruitment process
- Design and oversee a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Enhance the employer brand by promoting a positive experience that reflects the company’s values and culture
- Collaborate with other teams to promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Utilize social media and other platforms to amplify the employer brand and engage potential candidates
- Collect and analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process
You are the right candidate if you have:
Hard skills:
- Minimum 6-8 year of experience in the recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 4 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in the IT industry (software house or similar fast-paced tech environment preferred)
- Deep understanding of candidate assessment and end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong analytical skills - proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and using data to drive decisions and process improvements
- Demonstrated ability in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Fluent in English and Polish (C1)
