Your role

As a Legal Counsel at Capgemini, you will support complex business scenarios for the Swiss market, advising internal stakeholders on commercial, contractual and risk-related matters. You will play a key role in enabling business growth by delivering pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions, supporting negotiations and ensuring compliant execution of client engagements across the full contract lifecycle. You will be closely cooperating with sales, delivery, finance and risk teams, operating in a dynamic, multicultural environment and addressing a broad spectrum of commercial legal issues.

Your project

You will be part of an in-house legal team supporting Capgemini’s business units delivering professional services to domestic and global clients out of Switzerland.

Your client

Your primary internal clients will be business stakeholders responsible for sales and delivery of services to Swiss-based customers. You will also interact with external clients and their legal advisors during contract negotiations and execution, acting as a trusted legal partner to the business.

Your tasks

• Advising on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts for business services

• Legal support for sales and delivery teams throughout the contract lifecycle

• Identifying, assessing and mitigating legal and contractual risks

• Participating in contract negotiations with clients and partners

• Providing pragmatic legal guidance aligned with business objectives

• Managing multiple legal matters and prioritising effectively

• Cooperating with international legal and compliance teams

Your profile

• Qualified legal professional (completed legal training; attorney-at-law / radca prawny or advocate / adwokat (inactive) accepted; active bar membership not essential in daily work but sporadically relevant)

• Several years of experience in commercial and business contract advisory

• Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts in a business environment

• Fluent professional English (C1); German or French is an asset

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritise legal issues and deliver pragmatic solutions in line with contracting policies and playbooks

• Client-centric mindset with strong collaboration skills

• High adaptability and confidence in decision-making in a dynamic environment
