Opis stanowiska
What you’ll be doing:
- To carry out daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly tasks, as described in service schedule and standard operating procedures.
- To answer incoming calls from customers.
- To communicate with the client (insurer) in complex cases.
- Assisting in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors).
- Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turnaround times.
- To prepare letters being sent out to customers/insurance brokers.
- To carry out work as directed by the Team Leader and Manager.
- Make sure that overall SLA’s are met.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Skills you need to succeed:
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written)
- Good level of English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel & Access
- Strong customer service skills
- Accuracy and orientation to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
