We’re looking for a growth-driven SEO Specialist to help boost our organic visibility and search performance. In this role, you’ll lead on-site SEO efforts, support scalable content strategies, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable results. You’ll play a key part in aligning our content and web presence with evolving SEO standards and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement SEO strategies to increase brand visibility and organic traffic across key markets.

• Identify scalable growth opportunities through search trend analysis, keyword research, and competitor benchmarking.

• Optimise landing pages and website content to improve rankings, visibility, and conversion across multiple search intents.

• Work closely with Content, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in content and site structure.

• Shape the strategic use of AI-generated content (AIO), ensuring it meets SEO objectives, maintains quality, and performs well in search.

• Develop a strategic approach to content creation that aligns with Google's AI Overviews, ensuring content is structured, accurate, and optimised to be surfaced in generative search results.

• Stay on top of algorithm updates and emerging SEO practices and apply those insights to improve site architecture, content strategy, and user experience.

• Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Similarweb deliver actionable insights.

• Improve off-site visibility through optimisation of assets like Google My Business, featured snippets, and external review platforms.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Experience optimising content for search performance at scale.

• Knowledge of AIO concepts and how to integrate AI content into broader SEO strategy.

• Understanding of how on-page SEO fits within a wider technical and content marketing framework.

• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

• Business-level English proficiency (B2 CEFR or above).
