Responsibilities

Are you a natural networker with a passion for finding top talent? Do you thrive on proactive sourcing, creative outreach, and building strong talent pipelines? If so, we want you on our team! We are looking for dynamic Talent Sourcer to help us find the best professionals for both Corporate and Tech roles. Your impact will be huge in shaping our talent acquisition strategy!

• Proactively identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for Corporate and/or Tech positions. 
• Craft compelling outreach messages that convert passive candidates into engaged talent. 
• Partner closely with TA Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.
• Track and analyse sourcing effectiveness, continuously optimising strategies. 
• Stay ahead of market trends and talent movement, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong ability to identify and engage passive talent through various sourcing channels.
• Creative mindset – you think beyond LinkedIn and know how to tap into hidden talent pools.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for crafting personalised outreach. 
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities without losing your sourcing magic.
• A team player with an eye for top talent and a drive to help build an incredible workforce.
• Proactive and cooperative attitude.
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
• Good knowledge of Polish and Russian languages is very nice to have.
