Opis stanowiska

Your tasks:

  • Review and categorize social media content,
  • Review and take action on content that violates policies including copyright/pirated content,
  • Review user accounts to verify their identity and take action,
  • Judge/decide on content by referring to client policy/guidelines,
  • Respond back to users with necessary actions that must be taken to correct content,
  • Ensures that the process is followed correctly in Service Operations,
  • Documentation support & research.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in German,
  • Good command of English,
  • Knowledge of MS Office package,
  • Availability for full time job.
