Inbound Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a proactive, self-driven, Inbound SDR to manage, qualify and segment inbound leads based on specific Certifier ICP framework and execute multi-channel personalized outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate high-converting meetings. If you have pre-sales experience in working with inbound leads, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Managing and qualifying inbound leads based on our ICP framework.
- Conducting personalized multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage prospects.
- Maintaining and organizing leads in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Meeting or even exceeding KPIs for qualified meetings and pipeline growth.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
Overview:

1-2 years of experience in an inbound SDR or BDR role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales with a focus on presales.

Fluent English (C1+ level)—clear communication is key!
Technical Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Lead segmentation and scoring methods
- Reporting and data analysis skills to measure lead engagement and success metrics.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent listening and objection-handling capabilities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
- Adaptability to refine outreach strategies based on data feedback.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiar with sales and pre-sales methodologies
Good to have:
- Experience with US-based clients
