We’re hiring now and looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager

(Content Production and Delivery) to join the client service team operating for one

of the most renowned, premium automotive brands in the world.


General CPM description


The CPM is one of the key members of the regional steering team, leading content

production for our client. Working closely with other colleagues and departments,

both local and abroad, the CPM ensures seamless production part of the projects

based on production planning and timelines. The CPM oversees the day-to-day

management of the production process and is responsible for content quality and

proper project management.

The activities provided by the CPM include:​


Project and Campaign Execution Focus: Operates on a campaign/project basis

rather than general account steering, but remains in cross-functional teams for

creative topics.​


Creative Process Management: Participates throughout the briefing/campaign

development and content delivery cycle.


Local Creative Development: Oversees all creative development at the local market

level, regardless of whether the services are provided by central office or produced

locally.

Production Coordination: Serves as the main interface to Production Teams


Timeline and Delivery Management: Ensures adherence to agreed lead times and

campaign/project timings and content execution.​


Client Interface: Acts as one of the contact points for clients on creative and content

components, with coordination of the leading steering manager dedicated to

particular project.


Brand and Compliance: Ensures all creative assets comply with quality guidelines,

with a strong focus on materials localization and tonality.


Legal Compliance: Manages the local legal process, ensuring all delivered assets

receive legal approval and compliance. ​


Financial Management: Manages the proper budgeting of content production.


Who are we looking for and would love to meet?


This role will be a great fit if you see yourself in the profile and requirements below:


Experience in advertising or marketing environment specifics, ideally across

international or regional businesses.


Advanced in English is a must (spoken and written). Most of our work is handled in

English.


Strong understanding of vast processes – from briefing and concept development

through production and delivery.


Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns

simultaneously while keeping timelines and budgets on track.


Client-facing confidence, with experience in maintaining good relationships with

people from various countries.


Strong coordination abilities, capable of guiding cross-functional and cross-market

teams with empathy and clarity, yet on a professional level.


Attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and legal approval

across all assets.


Financial awareness, with experience in managing content production budgets for

corporate / regional business.


High business culture as our business foundations rely on proper communication,
