Backed by Deus Media Group — a new media company with millions of monthly views and collaborations with major TV networks — we help business owners turn their expertise into binge-worthy YouTube content that drives attention, authority, and long-term brand value.

We’re now hiring a sharp and creative Content Strategist / Scriptwriter to help us craft world-class content for a growing portfolio of business YouTube channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Your job is to turn raw expertise into engaging video scripts that feel punchy, structured, and made for YouTube. You’ll work directly with high-performing entrepreneurs and business owners across industries — and turn their insights into videos people actually want to watch.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Interviewing business owners and uncovering the most unique angles from their experience and industry (in English!)
• Generating compelling YouTube video ideas and titles from these conversations
• Writing engaging, well-structured YouTube scripts that blend research, storytelling, and clear explanation — with help from AI when needed
• Working closely with editors and thumbnail designers to ensure each video is delivered smoothly and on-brand

WHO YOU ARE:

You're not just a writer, you're a content thinker. Someone who understands that YouTube is a game of attention, structure, and story. You’re comfortable talking to smart business owners, know how to pull out golden nuggets, and can turn complex topics into addictive content.

You might be a fit if you...

• Are a strong non-fiction writer, ideally with experience in scripting or copywriting (in English!)
• Understand what makes a good YouTube title, hook, and thumbnail
• Can break down business or technical topics into simple, engaging explanations
• Love content, media, storytelling, and learning about new industries
• Know how to use AI tools to speed up your workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Have excellent project management and communication skills
• Bonus: You’ve worked in or with startups, media companies, or YouTube creators
• Bonus Bonus: You can write in German too
