Sales Team Lead

We are looking for Sales Manager Lead to join our amazing team.

We are a European startup Choice, specializing in the foodtech industry. Today we have over 6,500+ restaurants in 25 countries around the world. Our goal is to become the best solution on the European market within five years and to build the next unicorn come out of the CEE region.

Our product is a SaaS solution for modern restaurants. We help restaurant owners to increase revenue by using modern digital tools, such us: QR payments, Table ordering, Website builder, Delivery&Takeaway, and much more.

Our team consists of young and talented team players, who love foodtech and enjoy to build a product that can be used in our every days life. We have offices in Prague, Kyiv and Warsaw. Now we are looking for Sales manager Lead, who will join our team and will have potential to grow up to Head of Sales position.

It is important for us:

- Experience in the similar position over a year (B2B)

- English - Upper-intermediate

- Control and constant work with the OP team;

- Hiring and training in the OP;

- Fulfillment of the plan on personal sales OF TOP clients;

- Work with partners to stimulate the growth of leads;

- Search for new sales channels;

- Work on customer retention and repeat purchases;

- Will be a benefit to have an experience in HoReCa.
