Opis stanowiska

The Cash Payments Processing Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Operational team.

The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash operation tasks by processing all regular transfers, payments, while providing processing assistance for assigned projects.


Responsibilities:

  • rocess all regular & legal transfers, which include processing of payments, receivables, liquidity flows
  • Entering and control banking operations with the highest accuracy and the most efficient way based on the Operating Procedures in handling operations
  • Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
  • Contribute to and collaborate with cash operations projects as needed
  •  Testing of new applications ( participation in UAT test )
  • Providing with effective communication and cooperation with other units
  • Adherence to the requirements (Follow all procedures and regulations )
  • Develop comprehension of how the cash operations team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Handling escalations


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Western Europe products and accounting systems combined with experience of performing WE activities will be a benefit
  • Very good knowledge of English
  •  Proven system development lifecycle skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
  • Effective analytic and presentation skills
