Team/Role Overview

Citi Markets delivers world-class solutions to clients globally. Our Warsaw team is expanding, and this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing area of focus within our global organization. This Vice President level role focuses on building the MI & Analytics function within Transaction Trade Capture Risk Management (TTRCM). This function will provide reporting, data-driven insights to enhance control effectiveness and proactively identify emerging risks.

What you’ll do

This role will support the development and implementation of the Data and MI function within TTCRM, establishing robust data infrastructure, developing data analysis techniques, and generating actionable insights to enhance controls and identify emerging risks, including behavioural trends.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practically minded candidate passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making within a growing team. Collaboration with Business, Technology, Market Risk, and Finance is essential.

• Support the development and implementation of the Data and MI function.

• Establish robust data infrastructure and processes.

• Develop and apply data analysis techniques.

• Conduct behavioural trend analysis.

• Support control design and enhancement.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive MI and reporting.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

What we’ll need from you

• Degree level qualification with sufficient relevant industry experience to include knowledge of global markets

• Demonstrable experience with Advanced SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, MI reporting and  functional analysis,

• Excellent relationship building, problem solving and communication skills to include stakeholder management

• Ability to analyse large data sets and recommend improvements

• Demonstrable ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, and navigate conflicting priorities whilst working independently
