Team/Role Overview:
The Incumbent will lead and support year-round compensation process operations from recommendation planning through reporting for off-cycle and year-end compensation processes.
This is a seasoned professional role that will suit a Candidate with Operations or Project Management experience, especially within Payroll/Compensation area.
What you'll do:
- Lead and support year-round compensation process operations from recommendation planning through reporting for off-cycle and year-end compensation processes, meeting established Service Level Agreements.
- Liaison with Global compensation to resolve any data discrepancies and/or data feed issues impacting compensation processes.
- Provide data quality analysis to ensure compensation data is accurate and timely partner with the businesses to facilitate compensation process.
- Partner with the technical development team with responsibility for support activities.
- Propose and implement process improvements to achieve efficiencies and/or mitigate risk.
- Perform an independent analysis of data involving complex database structure, reconciliations and data analytics, as well as use other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
What we'll need from you:
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferred, particularly in supporting HR systems or services for demanding clients
- Background in Compensation/Payroll and knowledge of Workday system would be a great asset.
- Previous experience with systems or affinity for technology would be a plus
- Strong analytical skill set and affinity for metrics and data.
- Intermediate to advanced user skill set in MS Excel and Access; SQL experience would be a plus
- Ability to build and cultivate positive client relationships in complex organizations as well as work concurrently on multiple priorities.
- Can collaborate effectively with team and cross-functional team members. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have initiative and ability to thrive in an environment that requires a great deal of flexibility with multiple and changing priorities
- Attention to detail; strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent English (min. B2 level)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree; Finance, Human Resource preferred.
