Citi's Core HR Delivery Team is seeking a dedicated HR (Human Resources) Operations Specialist to focus on Records Management. Team/Role Overview:

The HR Operations Support Specialist is an entry-level role where the Incumbent will play a critical role within the Core HR Delivery team, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of employee records. This includes maintaining our archive, ensuring compliance, and supporting other HR functions with records-related requests.

For this role, we offer a fixed-term contract for 2 years.


What you'll do:

  • Manage and maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Implement and maintain records management policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Process requests for information and documentation from HR colleagues and other authorized parties.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives related to records management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of records management processes and systems.


What we'll need from you:

  • Proven experience in records management, preferably within HR or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Some experience with HR systems (e.g., TETA, Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Very good level (min. B2) of Polish and English language knowledge (both spoken & written).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
