Citibank, N.A. seeks a Relationship Associate for its Dallas, Texas location.
Duties: Support on-onboarding processes, working with customers to gather Know Your Client (KYC) business and ownership documentation. Coordinate KYC and onboarding requirements. Ensure timely completion of KYC reviews, working with Relationship Managers and KYC & Compliance teams. Apply understanding of KYC process and AML policies across various jurisdictions to provide daily client support for banking products such as checking, savings, online banking, letter of credit, lending and treasury. Ensure consistency and accuracy of portfolio data and insights. Build relationships with the client network, operational teams, and product partners to on-board new clients. Coordinate client network and operational teams and serve as contact for internal requests/problem escalation and resolution. Work with product team to open new products and accounts that fit client profile. Handle irregular issues with potentially broader business impact, understanding business banking needs and strategic client growth plans. Support clients on coordination of credit requests and assist in closing transactions. Apply familiarity with local and global laws and regulatory requirements to ensure processes remain up-to-date and compliant. Support periodic reviews, credit set-ups, and client maintenance. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and 4 years of experience as a KYC/AML Manager, KYC Operations Senior Supervisor, KYC Operations Analyst or related position involving client onboarding processes for the global financial services industry. 4 years of experience must include: Global financial account onboarding processes; Know-Your-Client (KYC) regulations; Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements and standards; Conducting periodic account reviews; Analyzing performance trends; and Serving in a client-facing role.
