Job Overview

Role Overview:

The Vice President, Execution Oversight Manager is a pivotal role that is responsible for the diligent oversight and enforcement of the agreed-upon ICM Credit Product Strategy & Operations (CPSO) operating model, ensuring its consistent application across all respective teams. A core aspect of this position involves working closely with the CPSO Head of Execution, Governance, Oversight (EGO) to centrally coordinate the CPSO book of work. This includes managing the intake and strategic allocation of new initiatives, meticulously monitoring progress against established initiatives & plans, supporting the successful delivery of key outcomes, and proactively escalating any emerging issues or risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely fashion.

Furthermore, the incumbent will be tasked with performing detailed benefit and capacity analyses against various initiatives to optimize resource utilization and strategic alignment. Additionally, significant executive support is required, which includes the development of high-quality presentations, rigorous tracking of key actions and follow-ups, and the effective execution of special projects as directed by leadership. This role also entails the critical management and maintenance of the central CPSO SharePoint site, ensuring its utility as a central repository for information and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Central coordination of the CPSO book of work, ensuring appropriate intake and strategic allocation of initiatives; Continuous monitoring of progress against plans; Timely escalation of any emerging issues or risks

  • Operating Model Enforcement: Monitor and enforce the execution of the agreed CPSO operating model to ensure consistent application and adherence

  • Executive Support: Provide significant executive support in the form of the development of high-quality presentations; Rigorous tracking of key actions and follow-ups; Effective execution of special projects as directed by leadership

  • Analytical Support: Perform detailed benefit and capacity analyses against various initiatives to optimize resource utilization and strategic alignment

  • Manage and maintain the central CPSO SharePoint platform, ensuring its utility as a central repository for information and collaboration

  • Organize and facilitate governance meetings, including preparing agendas, tracking actions, and producing timely and accurate status reporting

  • Support ICM global Business Operating Processes resulting from regulatory and business requirements, as needed

  • Maintain strong partnership across functions, businesses and products

  • Promote a culture of change agility, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in change practices

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a related role e.g. Program Management Office, Strategy & Oversight; Chief Operating Office

  • Practical knowledge in the concept of Program Management and the role of a Chief Operating Office

  • Experience supporting large-scale change initiatives or projects within complex, matrixed organizations

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and influencing

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Proficient with applications such as SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Relevant certifications in Change Management (e.g., CCMP, PROSCI) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) will be advantageous
