Your role:

  • Leading digital marketing or content projects — from scoping and budgeting to timeline management and execution

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, writers, media specialists, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns

  • Acting as a strategic partner to clients, offering insights and recommendations that align with their business goals and advocating for chosen solutions

  • Supporting proposal development and leading or contributing to pitches with a clear understanding of client needs and suggestions for marketing programs

  • Overseeing campaign and asset delivery to ensure high standards of quality, timeliness, and performance


Must-haves:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a marketing agency or project-based environment, managing client accounts and multi-stakeholder projects.

  • Strategic and business-minded — able to turn client goals into actionable strategies, from messaging to campaign planning.

  • Digital marketing or content marketing know how — practical experience with key channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and media planning.

  • Experience with content campaigns — reports, webinars, videos — and linking them to performance metrics like leads or engagement.

  • Excellent organisation and communication — able to manage multiple projects, keep timelines, and communicate clearly in Polish and English.

  • AI-driven mindset — motivated to help us rethink how we work and serve clients by integrating AI into our daily agency operations.
