Recruitment process:
Portfolio review - Send us your portfolio (CV or LinkedIn profile is optional, but nice to have), highlighting your relevant experience. We carefully review every application and shortlist candidates based on portfolio quality and fit.
Introductory call - We schedule a call to introduce ourselves and align on expectations. This is a two-way conversation — a chance for you to learn about the role, team, and culture, and for us to better understand your experience and approach. We’ll also walk you through the task brief, which you’ll receive via email after the call.
Practical assignment (2-stage process) - Designed to reflect how we actually work.
Stage 1: Concept & ideas
Develop initial design directions based on the brief
The goal is to show your thinking, not just execution
Present your ideas during a live session, explaining your approach and decisions. We’ll share feedback to guide the next stage.
Stage 2: Final design (based on feedback)
Refine the chosen direction into a final design, incorporating feedback from Stage 1.
Send the final outcome via email.
Final decision & offer - We make a final decision, and all candidates receive an invitation to a follow-up meeting with feedback. The selected candidate is invited to a more detailed final conversation that covers feedback and contract details.
