Your daily tasks will include

☁️ Leading the entire sales process, starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals 

☁️ Collaborating with colleagues from different functions to drive the sales process

☁️ Acting as the primary contact and orchestrator for various service lines such as Development, Design, and Marketing during the sales process 

☁️ Acquiring an in-depth understanding of customers' business, workflows, and challenges 

☁️ Tracking the market, building a network, and actively prospecting to identify business opportunities 

☁️ Co-creating and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans, with the support of sales leadership and marketing.


The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ At least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales,

⭐️ Ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a strong track record of success,

⭐️ Experience as a top performer in a team-selling environment for mid and large organisations,

⭐️ Experience in IT / Digital industry (experience in eCommerce is required),

⭐️ Experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business, 

⭐️ Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data,

⭐️ Excellent verbal and written presentational and communication skills in English and German.
