Hey there! Looking to kickstart your career in sales and gain some hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment? We've got a fantastic opportunity for an intern to join our team as a Junior Sales Specialist in our brand new office in Gliwice (Kaczyniec street 9). Plus, we offer a hybrid work model with up to 2 days a week in the office, giving you flexibility!


What You'll Be Doing:

As an intern, you'll play a crucial role in helping us find and connect with potential clients. You'll be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads and ensure they get to the right people. Think of it as being the connection point between our company and future customers! We're looking for someone organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.


What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in sales, especially within the startup world. Any previous experience is a bonus!
  • A basic understanding of lead generation, particularly in a B2B setting.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is helpful.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, WoodPecker, and PipeDrive would be a great asset.
  • Strong analytical skills – the ability to understand data and draw conclusions.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level (you'll use it daily).
  • A desire to learn and understand client needs so you can help create tailored solutions.

  • How to plan, run, and manage lead generation campaigns across different channels.
  • How to collaborate with a marketing team on campaigns.
  • How to contribute to inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • How to work with external agencies and tech partners.
  • How to keep up with the latest marketing technologies.
  • How to monitor and analyze campaign results to see what works best.
