Customer Service Consultant
Kraków
Salary: PLN 3,500 - 4,500 gross
Your responsibilities:
- respond to candidates of programming course queries coming through the phone, e-mails, social media in a timely manner
- you will know our product inside-out and be able to talk about it to engage a candidates
- you will be a responsible person for student’s onboarding process
- you will take care of the operational part of hiring our alumni of course in an external company (f.e. organizing interviews, preparing documentation for contracts)
- you will arrange meetings with IT companies
- support HR and recruitment day to day activities
About you:
- you have a one-year customer service or HR experience
- you worked in the IT industry and understand the IT market
- you feel comfortable talking on a phone and have excellent communication skills
- you plan your workload effectively and are able to work unsupervised
- you are persistent and don’t get discouraged easily
- you are a person who is self-motivated and focused on delivering results
- you speak and write fluent English and obviously Polish
