You will be a part of the project team working with our client to create and promote content across the organization. The content will be based on projects the client undertakes and the solutions they develop.
You will work with multiple stakeholders and teams across the organization to gather information, identify compelling stories, and transform them into knowledgeable, business-oriented, and reader-friendly content.
The client is a global organization, and the team is dispersed in different time zones.
- Managing and strategizing the content on the platform to serve as a knowledge hub.
- Creating content for the internal platform in the form of success stories, tool and service descriptions, infographics, videos, and more.
- Promoting content across the organization by creating internal newsletters, hosting webinars, and other activities.
- Measuring content performance and usage by stakeholders, drawing actionable conclusions, and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams to gather information and promotional needs, transforming them into an actionable editorial calendar.
- Supporting technical writers in their daily tasks.
As a Content Project Coordinator, you should ideally meet the following criteria:
- 4+ years of experience as a content writer, ideally in the IT industry (product/software provider).
- 3+ years of experience as a content manager with proven project management skills.
- Expertise in creating content marketing strategies and editorial calendars.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
- Proficiency in English at a C-level, bilingual, or native proficiency.
