Your Role
As an IT Purchase Specialist, you’ll be part of an amazing team managing computer and mobile phone standards for Coloplast users globally. Your main tasks will include IT purchasing (hardware and software from small suppliers), lifecycle management, and maintaining our internal IT Webshop. If you love structure, numbers, and Excel, and enjoy interacting with colleagues and suppliers worldwide, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do:
• Global IT Purchasing: Handle the purchase/lease of IT equipment, accessories, and software
• Lifecycle Management: Manage client hardware and global license platforms (Small suppliers)
• Supplier Interaction: Work with smaller external suppliers on standards, pricing, and deliveries
• Professional Handling: Address requests with professionalism and high quality
• Quality Solutions: Deliver top-notch solutions and processes
• Ownership: Take responsibility to ensure the best customer experience
• Team Collaboration: Proactively seek answers and share knowledge with your team
What we are looking for:
• 3-5 years of experience in a related position
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience with MS365 and ticketing systems
• ITIL knowledge will be an advantage
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Analytical reasoning and critical thinking
• Customer-focused with a can-do attitude
• Adaptability in a growing IT environment
