About the department 

You will become part of our Digital Technology team, which is part of Digital, Data & IT. Here, you will gain 7 colleagues who are technically responsible for both new development and ongoing maintenance of the Coloplast customer-facing websites, mobile apps and Azure cloud services. 

Our goal is to create solutions that make life easier for our end-users by using the latest in technology to supply superior customer experiences using data, connected products and services. 

A lot of our teamwork is online, as we’re based in Denmark and Poland. We quite enjoy being a bit geeky – in a wonderful way with quirky humor and a great atmosphere. 

 

About the job 

The Technical Product Owner’s purpose is to own and protect the technical side of our digital solutions. The Technical Product Owner – Web and Analytics will focus on the technical foundation for a well-functioning tracking and performance setup, as well as participating in the daily operation and support of our web platform in general.   


The Technical Product Owner (Web and Analytics) will be working with Google Tag Manager, Cookiebot (Consent Management platform), Optimizely (CMS), and other related platforms. 


The Technical Product Owner (Web and Analytics) will work closely with stakeholders in markets to prioritize and implement tracking requests, as well as with editorial teams on guiding the technical setup of websites in the CMS. Apart from that, this person will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to align on day-to-day operation, ensuring a high performing digital platform in general. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Optimizing existing Google Tag Manager configurations for better efficiency  
  • Ensuring legal compliance of data collection activities across web solutions 
  • Ensuring a well performing Digital Platform both for Consumers and Editors 
  • Identifying, investigating, and resolving bugs or data collection errors.  
  • Creating documentation and perform training on tools 
  • Being responsible for preparing requirements for the development team for new events (tracking and editor requirements for the CMS 
  • Configuring technical settings on CMS related to Content Security Policies, tracking settings and SEO settings.  
  • Supporting the company editorial team with technical knowledge on the CMS 
  • Aligning and prioritizing editor requirements with development teams 
  • Working as technical owner on some web development activities in close relation with Product Specialists.  
  • Ensuring proper tasks execution and prioritization using Azure DevOps and supporting tools  
  • Performing thorough testing before deployment. 
  • Coordinating with other Technical Product Owners about releases across platforms. 
  • Taking care of support cases end-to-end from being reported in support tool to implementing the fix on the platform.  
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Requirements 

  • Min. BA degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business or other relevant  
  • 2-4 years of experience with web analytics and online tracking 
  • Experience with Google Tag manager and server-side tracking is considered an advantage but not required  
  • Experience working with Google Analytics 
  • Experience with CMS (Preferably Optimizely but not a requirement) 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with highly developed communication skills. 
  • Experience working with Agile Development Frameworks  
  • Basic HTML knowledge 
  • Strong business understanding

  • Good communication and presentation skills – can speak “fluently” with business as well as developers
