We’re looking for an experienced hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join the team responsible for building and delivering our lead generation strategy.
The Paid Media Specialist role responsibilities include the day-to-day paid media operations, campaign optimization and delivery. This role also co-creates the lead generation strategy and delivers it against performance targets, timelines and overall product marketing strategy.

As a Paid Media Specialist in the Digital Marketing team, you will be working closely with the Business Intelligence, Creative Marketing and Sales teams, as well as our SEO Manager. You will report directly to the Head of Digital and indirectly to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and daily management of lead generation advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, Reddit, others)
- Campaign and creatives optimization against performance targets (CAC/Lead Quality/LTV)
- Periodic performance reporting and automated report maintenance
- Conversion data management – maintenance of automatic imports, troubleshooting and process improvements
- Co-creating and execution of media buying and lead generation strategies
- Cooperation with Creative Marketing team to deliver campaign creatives and landing pages
- Cooperation with Product Marketing teams to leverage and highlight products’ key selling points in advertising communications
- Cooperation with Business Intelligence team to deliver efficient reporting and insights
- Cooperation with Sales teams to verify lead quality and optimize acquisition strategy to deliver value
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid search/paid social B2B lead generation campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Experience in managing annual budgets exceeding 300k USD
- Excellent knowledge of the following is a must: Google Ads (+ Google Ads Editor); LinkedIn Ads; Microsoft Excel
- Practical experience in following areas is a plus: Asana; PowerBI/Looker; Hubspot; Microsoft 365; Google Search Console; Ahrefs/Semrush; Meta Ads; Reddit Ads; X.com Ads; Bing Ads; TikTok Ads; Automation tools (IFTTT, automate.io)
- Minimum C1 English
