Customer Service Advisor with German - 100% remote

Your responsibilities:

• Shifts – 5 days per week, 2 weekends per month, 8,5 hours per day (7,5 h work, 30 minutes paid break + 30 minutes unpaid break).

Shifts are between 7:00-23:00

• Training period – 4 weeks training, 8:00 – 16:30 or 9:00 – 17:30 Monday-Friday
• Provide assistance via phone and email,
• Deliver technical support, including internet speed tests, troubleshooting, and router installations,
• Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently,
• Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
• Promote and sell additional products, such as mobile contracts, after resolving service issues.

Our requirements:

• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
• Fluency in German (min. C1 level)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Administrative and technical knowledge
• Very good English or Polish verbal and written skill (min. B2 level)
