Your responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Staying updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Our requirements
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Italian.
Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
Excited about the opportunity to contribute to continued success and growth in the automotive sector.
The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
