Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.

Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.

Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Slovak.

Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
