Customer Support Specialist with Danish in the retail industry

Your responsibilities

1. Deliver written customer support via email for the Danish market.
2. Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools.
3. Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and accuracy.
4. Ensure every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused.

Our requirements

1. Fluent Danish (C1) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain solutions.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
4. Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
5. Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.
6. Availability for full-time on-site work in Szczecin.
